Useful corrections are specific and reproducible. Include the canonical page URL, the property or statement at issue, the expected correction and a reliable primary or institutional source where possible.

What to report

• Incorrect measurement values, units, ranges or labels
• Source links that no longer support the attributed claim
• Illustrations whose identity or calibrated measurement span is misleading
• Broken links, inaccessible controls, rendering errors or incorrect canonical behaviour

How reports are evaluated

Corrections should update the factual record, its source and any affected derived values together. Artwork changes do not alter physical measurements. Material page changes are surfaced by the build-time content report before publication.
